Ruth I. Johnson has 30 years experience providing training, mediation, and partnering programs to government, business, and organizations.
Training: Ruth has conducted more than 700 distinct training programs focused on communication skills, conflict management, negotiation, team building, and public contact skills.
Partnering: Ruth has facilitated over 400 partnering programs for the construction industry in 14 states. Partnering has improved the efficiency of achieving the goals described in the written contract by increasing the effectiveness of the working relationship of the project team.
Mediation: Ruth has provided mediation services for individuals, businesses, public agencies, nonprofits, and family members who are involved in conflict and are interested in reaching outcomes that will bring lasting resolutions. Ruth is certified by the Washington Mediation Association and the Thurston and Lewis County Dispute Resolution Centers of Washington. Ruth is accredited in the State of Washington as a Title 26 Family Law Guardian Ad Litem.
Team Building/ Facilitation: Ruth has facilitated team-building meetings, retreats, and interest-based negotiation sessions for governmental and business organizations.
